We only ship product to Australia. All products are shipped via Australia Post.
For Australian deliveries please allow 5-7 working days from order. FOR NEW ZEALAND ORDERS PLEASE CALL US.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items that we ship to New Zealand are weight-based and will be more expensive than the flat rate per item freight calculation we use for Australian deliveries.(PLEASE CALL US)
If you receive a product other than that which you ordered (incorrect item shipped), product is damaged or product has a material flaw (defective) please complete the follow steps:
1. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To request a return you must call Customer Service at (03) 9761 7198 to discuss your issue and and if appropriate a returns authorization number will be issued.
2. Once your returned product has been received at the manufacturing facility and verified (incorrect item shipped, damaged or defective) we will replace with the same item, (year, make, model, color and material), and reship that item to you within 48 business hours at no additional cost.
3. A product returned to the manufacturing or distribution facility without a returns authorization number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
